Still hibernating…This is what happens when someone calls a cake a fruitcake, but should have called it cherry-studded boozy brownies, and you fill the batter nearly to the top, because real fruitcakes don’t rise that much, because there’s not a lot of batter to rise in a fruitcake, but there was definitely more batter than fruit in this cake. I blame him for the misleading name, and myself for not listening to my instinct.
